A strict, simple policy - it keeps prices honest for everyone in the queue.

  1. Start your return by email. Write to support@qomo.me within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Keep it pristine. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags in place.
  3. We handle the courier. We’ll reply with courier and packing instructions - return shipping is on us.
  4. Inspection, then refund. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the amount you paid.

The ⃃19 access fee is non-refundable - it secures your place, reveals your live price, and holds your 60-second window.
