Qomo is a curated marketplace for premium designer pieces at a better-than-retail price. You pay a $5 access fee to take your place in line and see your live price - always lower than retail. When it’s your turn, you have 60 seconds to buy it at that price.

Every Qomo price starts at the public retail price and only moves down. A portion of each $5 access fee is applied to lower the price for the next person in line - so the more people take part, the lower it goes. Your price is fixed the moment it’s your turn, and it’s always below retail.

We list a small, tightly curated set of sought-after designer pieces. Every item is brand-new and authentic: once your sale closes, your piece is sourced directly from the brand or an authorized retailer and shipped in its original packaging. Nothing is warehoused or pre-owned.

It’s an access fee. It secures your place in line, reveals your live price, and gives you a 60-second window to decide. It’s non-refundable - you receive that access the moment your price is shown - with limited exceptions: for example, if an item sells out before your turn (so you never get a price) or we can’t source what you bought, we refund it in full.

Just two things: the $5 access fee and, if you buy, your live price. No hidden charges. Everything is shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). For deliveries to Lebanon, customs or import duties may apply - these are set by the authorities, not by Qomo.

You’ll see your live price and have 60 seconds to Buy or Skip. Choose Buy and we hold that price for you for 5 minutes to complete checkout. Skip - or let the timer run out - and your turn passes to the next person.

No. While it’s your turn, that price is yours alone - no one else can see it or take it. It’s locked to you for your full 60 seconds.

Your turn simply passes to the next person and you’ll see “Your turn passed.” The $5 access fee isn’t refunded, as it paid for your place in line and your price - not a guaranteed purchase.

Yes - you can cancel any time during the 5-minute checkout window before you complete payment, and your reserved price is released to the next person. The $5 access fee remains non-refundable. After delivery, our 14-day return policy applies.

All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details - Stripe handles that, and payments are encrypted.

We ship across the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon. Standard delivery is free within the UAE. Deliveries to Lebanon carry a delivery fee, plus any customs or import duties.

Typically 3–7 business days within the UAE and 5–10 business days to Lebanon. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Yes - you have 14 days from delivery to return an item that’s unused and in its original packaging, with all tags and authenticity materials intact. To start a return, email returns@qomo.me. (Used or opened items can’t be returned.)

Tell us within 14 days of delivery at support@qomo.me and we’ll make it right - repair, replacement, or refund - and we’ll cover the return shipping in that case.
