Cookie Policy

Effective Date: August 2026 · Version: 1.0 · qomo.me

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Qomo L.L.C-FZ (“Qomo”, “we”, “us”) uses on qomo.me, why we use them, and the choices you have. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels; this Policy calls all of them “cookies”. Some are set by us (first-party) and some by our service providers (third-party).

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the Platform to work and do not need your consent: authentication cookies set by our sign-in provider, Clerk, which keep you signed in and protect your account; payment and fraud-prevention cookies set by Stripe when you pay an Access Fee or complete a Purchase; and a preference entry in your browser’s local storage that records the cookie choice you make on this site.

3. Analytics and advertising cookies

With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to understand how people arrive at Qomo and to measure the performance of our advertising. The pixel records pages you view and key actions you take (joining the waitlist, paying an Access Fee, completing a Purchase) together with device and browser information, and shares this with Meta, who may combine it with data they hold about you. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for how Meta processes this data.

The pixel loads only after you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you decline, it never loads and nothing is sent to Meta.

4. Your choices

You can change your choice for this browser at any time here:

Withdrawing consent stops any further data being sent to Meta from this browser; it does not delete data already collected, which you can manage through your Meta account settings. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Platform from working, such as staying signed in.

5. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy from time to time, for example if we add or remove cookies, and will update the effective date above. Questions about this Policy or your personal data: contact our privacy team at privacy@qomo.me.
