Each drop is one designer piece, brand-new and authentic, listed at its public retail price. The ⃃19 access fee secures your place in line for that piece. One buyer views at a time, in the order they joined.

You never queue for a specific unit and you never see how many people are ahead of you. Qomo shows you an estimated wait instead, and you can leave the page: we email you when it is your turn.

When it is your turn, Qomo reveals your live price. It is always below retail, because a portion of every access fee paid before yours was applied to lower the price for the next person in line. The more people take part, the lower it goes.

The live price is private. Only the buyer whose turn it is can see it, and no one else can take it during their window. Publicly, a listing shows only its starting price.

You have 60 seconds to choose Buy or Skip. Choose Buy and Qomo holds your price for 5 minutes while you complete checkout with any major card, processed securely by Stripe. Skip, or let the timer run out, and your turn passes to the next person in line.

The access fee is not refunded when you skip or miss your window: it paid for your place in line and your price, not for a guaranteed purchase. If the whole drop sells out before your turn, so you never see a price, the fee is refunded in full.

Once your sale closes, your piece is sourced directly from the brand or an authorized retailer and shipped in its original packaging with its authenticity materials. Nothing is warehoused or pre-owned.

Standard delivery is free across the United Arab Emirates, typically within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery to Lebanon carries a delivery fee, plus any customs or import duties set by the authorities.
